The Triumph Air Repair Quality System is
based upon the ISO 9001:2000 Standards
and is fully compliant with the rules and regulations
of the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency
(EASA).
Management, control and monitoring of the Quality System is accomplished through "Q-Pulse", a quality management computer system. This program is a series of inter-related software applications specifically designed around the ISO 9001:2000 Standard in a modular format consisting of documentation control, calibration, performance and cost analysis, training and internal and external audit activity.
The Quality System is the
responsibility of the Director of Quality who is assisted by a dedicated and
highly trained team of inspectors and monitoring staff.
This ensures support for the company commitment to provide
its customers with a quality, efficient, reliable and competitively
priced service.
